To connect FTP, you need to go to the panel, then in the menu "FTP access" do one of the following:
- chose a username that matches the main login and update the password
- create a new login
Then click the "OK" button in the bottom of the page
In the FTP client, you must specify the server name (which is the same as the Plesk panel address), and port 21.
